Where to Go for Care
Your PCP has your records, knows about your overall health and may offer same-day appointments to help meet your needs. When you can’t see your PCP, it’s important to know your quick-care options to help find the care that’s right for you and to help avoid financial surprises.
If you need care and it’s not an emergency, you may be able to save time and money by knowing all the options available to you. Check out what each of these care settings may be appropriate for and note the average costs.
If you have questions about how to choose the right care option for non-emergency care, call CareConnect Premier at 1-844-859-5007.
Important to note: If you experience a true emergency, dial 911or go straight to the emergency room (ER). ER visits for non-emergency care, like an ear infection or cold, are not covered.

*These numbers are national averages, not tied to a specific condition or treatment. Your out-of-pocket costs will vary based on plan design and provider that is chosen.
**Team members enrolled in a Walgreens HDHP HSA plan must pay 100% of the visit cost until the annual family deductible is met. Once the deductible is met, the $5 copay will apply.
Note that your plan will not cover visits that are out of network, so you should consider choosing network doctors and facilities.
